1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and newpuck ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the newpuck platform, including its casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the newpuck platform. Your continued use of newpuck following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which newpuck operates. In the event of any conflict between a translated version (if any) of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

newpuck is an English-language online gaming platform operating in the Bangladesh market. All platform communications, legal documents, bonus terms, game descriptions, and support interactions are conducted in English. The platform displays monetary amounts in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the newpuck platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. newpuck is an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 18+
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether requested directly through newpuck or through any responsible gaming scheme that newpuck participates in.
• You have not previously had a newpuck account closed or terminated for violation of these Terms, and you are not otherwise prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party in connection with your use of newpuck.

newpuck reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the registration or account verification process, and at any point during the lifecycle of a player's account. Acceptable proof of age documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where age cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction may be suspended pending document review.

Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 at the time of play will be forfeited. The Operator accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage individuals who gain access to the platform in breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of newpuck services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on newpuck. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus funds obtained across those accounts, and, where evidence of deliberate circumvention of account limits exists, withhold withdrawable balances pending further investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your newpuck account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. newpuck will never ask you to disclose your full password via any channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of a suspected security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact newpuck support immediately at support@newpuck or via live chat. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporarily suspending access pending identity verification.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

newpuck applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all player accounts in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including at account registration, before a first withdrawal, at the time of a large transaction, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold or your account being restricted until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

newpuck supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your location, account verification status, and current platform conditions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on newpuck is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit stated in these Terms, however the Operator reserves the right to apply transaction limits at the account level in line with responsible gaming obligations or risk management requirements. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your newpuck balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.

newpuck does not accept deposits made from payment accounts or cards that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be returned to source, less any applicable transaction fees, and the associated newpuck account may be subject to review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount on newpuck is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and technical limitations of that method. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal where it deems this necessary for compliance, security, or responsible gaming purposes. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled by the player once they have been approved and dispatched by the Operator.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All balances, transactions, and bonus amounts on newpuck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Operator does not facilitate currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their own financial institution when funding their account via international payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate newpuck's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated betting patterns inconsistent with normal player behaviour — is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Bonus Opt-In

Some bonuses on newpuck require explicit opt-in by the player. By opting into a promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable promotion terms. Once a bonus has been claimed and wagering has commenced, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Players who do not wish to participate in any bonus should contact support before making a deposit to ensure that no bonus is automatically applied to their account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that breaches applicable law.

• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your own account credentials with any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, collect data, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human player behaviour.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets that you reasonably knew or should have known were incorrectly offered.
• Using newpuck to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards newpuck support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, account limits, or self-exclusion restrictions applied to your account.

newpuck reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended, and withdrawals may be placed on hold. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations promptly and to communicate outcomes to the affected player in writing.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your newpuck account at any time by contacting our support team at support@newpuck or via live chat. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process it within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from newpuck for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of their choice by contacting support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to open a new account or access your existing account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. 8.3 Operator-Initiated Closure

newpuck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring the Operator to restrict or terminate service.

Where an account is closed by the Operator due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In all other cases of Operator-initiated closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the newpuck platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of newpuck or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the newpuck platform without prior written consent from the Operator.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, newpuck and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or errors in third-party game software. The Operator's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to newpuck in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which newpuck operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to contact newpuck support in the first instance to seek resolution by informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
